The location of this place is fantastic, with lots of restaurants and stores nearby, and it's just a mile away from attractions like Lake Shore Baptist Church.

Everything was wonderful- the staff were pleasant, the room was immaculate and the bed was great! The location was very good. The little store had the best selection of food and drinkds I've seen.

My only desire would have been to have a better selection of restaurants within walking distance.

The room was tidy and updated, included central heating, TV set and a microwave oven. The venue offered a the best and great breakfast with fruits and waffles, as for instance.

The staff was exceptionally nice and consistently courteous. They solved our problems immediately. We were given an exceptionally clean room with a couch and special products. The breakfast was warm and I truly enjoyed what was offered, like the sausage and bagels.

best western plus in lake dallas is a standout. amazing service, comfy beds, clean property. the breakfast buffet is plentiful with eggs, sausage, waffles, and more. the staff, especially mindy and maria, were friendly and helpful. the gm, dawn, was quick to solve any problem. second stay and even more delightful!
